1. Who This Policy Covers
This policy applies when you visit musespace.cc, create an account, join a Space, interact with creators, or use MuseSpace shopping and membership features.
MuseSpace is the service operator described as “MuseSpace,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy. Separate creator agreements, checkout notices, or regional notices may add details for a particular feature or country. If they conflict with this policy, the more specific notice controls for that feature.
Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices. This policy does not cover an external service merely because a creator links to it from a Space.
2. Information You Give Us
We collect the details you choose to provide so we can operate your account, purchases, memberships, creator profile, and support requests.
- Account details, such as your name, email address, phone number, password hash, profile photo, language, and country or region.
- Content and interactions, such as posts, comments, follows, subscriptions, messages sent to support, and choices you make inside a Space.
- Commerce details, such as cart contents, orders, delivery address, billing status, refunds, and transaction references. Payment processors generally provide us with a token, card brand, and last four digits rather than your full payment-card number.
- Creator and business details, such as identity and age-verification status, tax or payout information, licensing evidence, product approvals, and records needed to calculate earnings.
- Reports, appeals, intellectual-property notices, safety complaints, and the evidence you submit with them.
3. Information Collected Automatically
Like most online services, MuseSpace receives limited technical and activity data when your browser connects to the site.
We do not treat an IP-based location as precise GPS location. We do not collect precise location unless a feature clearly asks for it and you choose to allow it.
- IP address, approximate country or region, browser and device type, operating system, language, time zone, and network information.
- Pages viewed, buttons used, referring page, session times, errors, security events, and interactions needed to operate recommendations and analytics.
- Cookies and similar storage used for sign-in, age confirmation, regional storefront settings, cart continuity, fraud prevention, and user preferences.
4. Google Sign-In Data
When you choose “Continue with Google,” Google authenticates you and sends MuseSpace only the basic account information needed for sign-in.
You can remove MuseSpace access from your Google Account permissions. Removing access stops future Google authentication but does not automatically delete your MuseSpace account or records we must retain. You can request deletion as described below.
- We may receive your Google account identifier, verified email address, display name, given name, family name, and profile picture.
- We use this information to create or find your MuseSpace account, prefill basic profile details, prevent duplicate accounts, secure sign-in, and investigate abuse.
- We request only the openid, email, and profile scopes. We do not request access to Gmail, contacts, Drive, Photos, Calendar, payment data, or your Google password.
- The temporary authorization code is exchanged securely with Google. MuseSpace does not need a Google refresh token for this sign-in flow and does not use your Google account to act on your behalf elsewhere.
- We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to train general-purpose or generative-AI models.
5. How We Use Information
We use personal information only for a stated service, safety, legal, or business purpose.
- Provide accounts, creator Spaces, memberships, shopping, delivery, customer support, and account recovery.
- Personalize language, region, creator discovery, and non-sensitive recommendations based on your activity and settings.
- Calculate creator earnings, direct referral rewards, refunds, reversals, taxes, and auditable transaction records.
- Verify age, identity, licensing authority, creator consent, and product approvals where a feature requires it.
- Detect spam, account takeover, payment fraud, prohibited content, fake engagement, and other misuse.
- Measure reliability, fix errors, improve accessibility, and understand which features are useful.
- Comply with law, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, and respond to valid legal requests.
6. Why We May Process Information
The legal reason depends on where you live and what feature you use.
- Contract: processing needed to provide an account, membership, order, payout, or other service you requested.
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, service measurement, support, and improving MuseSpace, balanced against your rights.
- Consent: optional marketing, certain cookies, sensitive creator capture, or another use that we clearly ask you to approve.
- Legal obligation: tax, accounting, sanctions, consumer protection, lawful requests, and safety obligations.
8. Public and Private Areas
Profile names, public posts, public Space activity, and public creator information can be seen and reshared by others.
Membership-only content is limited to eligible members inside MuseSpace, but no online service can guarantee that a viewer will never copy it. Do not post personal information or media you do not have permission to share.
Search engines may index public pages. Removing content from MuseSpace does not immediately remove copies from search caches or third parties that lawfully received it.
9. Restricted Creator and Model Assets
Identity documents, body measurements, source photos or video, and derived 3D assets require stronger controls than ordinary public content.
- They must be collected for a documented purpose with explicit authorization and age verification.
- Access is limited by role, logged, and separated from public media where the feature is active.
- They are not public, are not licensed to ordinary users, and may not be reused for another creator or product.
- They are not used to train a general-purpose or generative-AI model unless a separate, specific authorization clearly permits that use.
- Deletion and post-contract handling follow the creator’s signed agreement, applicable law, active disputes, and necessary product records.
11. How Long We Keep Information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose described, then delete or de-identify it unless law requires longer retention.
- Google account identifiers and basic profile data are kept while your linked MuseSpace account remains active or until you disconnect and request deletion, subject to required records.
- Authentication state is short-lived; MuseSpace sign-in cookies currently last up to seven days unless you sign out sooner.
- Account, support, moderation, security, and fraud records are retained according to risk, appeal, and legal needs.
- Order, payout, tax, refund, and chargeback records may be retained for the statutory accounting or dispute period.
- Backups are overwritten on a controlled schedule. Data already placed under a legal hold remains restricted until the hold ends.
12. Security
We use layered safeguards, but no online system can promise zero risk.
You are responsible for protecting your account and device. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or personal information has been compromised.
- TLS in transit, restricted secrets, password hashing, expiring sessions, rate limits, access controls, backups, and operational logging.
- Single-use email verification codes stored as keyed hashes rather than plaintext.
- Extra separation and access review for restricted creator assets and financial administration.
13. International Processing
MuseSpace and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live.
Where required, we use contractual and organizational safeguards for cross-border transfers. Local authorities and privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
14. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information, or object to certain uses.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may retain limited information when required for transactions, safety, fraud prevention, legal claims, or law.
- Update available profile details from your account settings.
- Sign out or remove MuseSpace from your Google Account permissions at any time.
- Ask for account deletion or a copy of your account information.
- Withdraw consent for a future optional use without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
- Appeal a privacy decision or complain to your local privacy authority where that right applies.
15. Adults Only
MuseSpace is only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts.
If we reasonably believe an account belongs to a minor, we may restrict or close it and delete associated information, subject to safety evidence and legal obligations. Report suspected underage use to our safety contact.
16. Changes and Contact
We will update this page when our practices materially change and will provide additional notice when law requires it.
