These implementation notes are not final legal terms. Counsel must approve the operator, governing law, payments, refunds, and creator agreements before launch.
One direct referral level
Only one direct creator referrer can earn from a referred creator. No second- or third-level payouts are calculated.
Licensed products
A product cannot open for reservations until the creator’s identity, age, authorization scope, model approval, and production review are recorded.
Financial reversals
Refunds and chargebacks create auditable reversing entries. Historical commission records are never silently overwritten.
