1. Your Agreement With MuseSpace

These Terms form an agreement between you and MuseSpace when you access the service, create an account, or confirm a transaction.

MuseSpace operates musespace.cc, creator Spaces, memberships, shopping features, and related services. “You” means the person using the service and, if you act for a business, that business as well.

Our Privacy Policy and Content Standards form part of these Terms. Feature-specific terms shown for creators, subscriptions, referrals, campaigns, preorders, or checkout also apply. A specific term controls only if it clearly conflicts with this general document.

2. Eligibility and Age

MuseSpace is an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.

Do not create or use an account for a minor, and do not misrepresent your age or identity.
Creators and people licensing a name, image, likeness, or body model must complete the verification required for that activity.
We may ask for reasonable proof of age, identity, authority, or location and may restrict an account while a review is pending.
You may not use MuseSpace if law prohibits the service where you live or if we previously removed you for a serious violation.

3. Accounts and Sign-In

Give accurate information, keep your account secure, and use one person’s identity only with that person’s permission.

Email registration requires verification. Google sign-in uses Google to authenticate you and does not give MuseSpace your Google password.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify us of unauthorized access.
Do not sell, rent, transfer, share, automate, or impersonate another person’s account without written permission.
We may reclaim a username that infringes rights, misleads users, impersonates someone, or remains abandoned under a published inactivity rule.

4. What MuseSpace Provides

MuseSpace combines creator profiles, public and member posts, community interaction, licensed products, memberships, and shopping.

Features may change as the service develops. We may add, remove, test, suspend, or limit a feature for safety, law, reliability, or business reasons. We will give reasonable notice when a material paid feature is discontinued, unless urgent action is required.

A creator’s Space is part of MuseSpace, not an independently operated payment or fulfillment system unless we clearly say otherwise.

5. Non-Explicit Content Standard

MuseSpace allows confident, glamorous, and sensual content, but public and member areas must remain non-explicit.

No nudity, visible genitals, explicit sexual acts, pornographic content, sexual services, coercion, trafficking, or exploitative content.
No content involving a minor, a person presented as a minor, or anyone whose age or consent is uncertain.
No non-consensual intimate imagery, hidden-camera material, impersonation, deepfake sexual content, or media published without the necessary rights.
No adult live streams are hosted on MuseSpace. An external link opens a separate third-party service with its own rules and must not be misleading.
No hateful, violent, fraudulent, harassing, dangerous, or unlawful material, and no instructions intended to cause harm.

6. Creator Verification and Licensed Products

A verified badge or licensed product requires evidence, review, and continuing authority; it is not granted merely because an account is popular.

Creators must prove identity, age, and authority over their name, image, likeness, content, and licensed assets.
A licensed body model or physical product requires a separate signed agreement, defined scope, approval record, production standard, and post-contract handling rule.
Products cannot open for reservation until the required identity, consent, model approval, pricing, fulfillment, and compliance checks are complete.
MuseSpace may pause a product or Space when consent, safety, quality, ownership, or legal status is disputed.

7. Your Content and Our Limited License

You keep ownership of content you submit. You must have the rights and consent needed to publish it.

You give MuseSpace a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, format, translate, display, distribute, and technically adapt your content only as needed to operate, secure, present, and promote MuseSpace and your selected Space. This license lasts while the content is available and for a reasonable backup, dispute, or legal period afterward.

This general license does not authorize MuseSpace to manufacture a likeness-based product, train a general-purpose or generative-AI model on restricted creator assets, or reuse body-capture material. Those uses require a separate specific agreement.

When you remove content, we stop showing it after normal processing, except where another user lawfully reshared it, a transaction or dispute requires a record, or law requires preservation.

8. Memberships and Subscriptions

Before payment, MuseSpace will show the price, billing period, included benefits, renewal behavior, and available cancellation method.

Creator activity and benefits can change, but a creator may not materially misdescribe a paid offering.
Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues through the paid period unless a refund or safety action states otherwise.
Taxes, currency conversion, payment fees, and regional consumer rights may affect the final amount and refund rules.
A third-party subscription reached through an external link is not a MuseSpace subscription.

9. Shopping, Preorders, Shipping, and Returns

The product page and checkout show the seller, price, material terms, expected timing, and product-specific restrictions before you pay.

Ordinary Shop products are listed only after current supplier price, stock, ordering availability, and supported delivery have been checked.
MuseSpace charges one flat shipping fee per order for eligible ordinary Shop products, whether the order contains one item or several. The fee is based on USD 6 and shown in the checkout currency. Any exception required by law or a separately disclosed licensed release must be shown before payment.
A preorder states its production threshold, expected schedule, refund trigger, and whether funds are authorized, captured, or held by a payment provider.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs, import rules, duties, address accuracy, and carrier events may affect delivery.
Hygiene-sealed or custom products may have limited return rights, but mandatory consumer protections still apply.
Refunds, chargebacks, and reversals are recorded as reversing transactions; prior earning records are not silently rewritten.

10. Creator Earnings and Referral Programs

Rates, eligibility, attribution, holding periods, and reversals are shown in the applicable program terms or creator agreement.

A reward is earned only from a valid completed transaction after refunds, chargebacks, fraud, taxes, and excluded amounts are resolved.
Unless a specific campaign clearly says otherwise, MuseSpace records one direct referral relationship. It does not create second- or third-level recruitment payouts.
No one must pay a joining fee, buy inventory, or recruit another person merely to qualify for ordinary referral rewards.
Percentages may change prospectively with notice. A change does not rewrite already finalized transactions.
Self-referrals, coordinated fake accounts, misleading promotion, cookie stuffing, purchased identities, or circular transactions are prohibited.

11. Intellectual Property and Publicity Rights

Respect copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity rights, music rights, and contractual restrictions.

MuseSpace’s software, brand, layout, and original materials remain ours or our licensors’. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape at harmful scale, resell, or create a confusingly similar service except where law expressly allows it.

Rights holders may submit a notice with identification, the protected work, the disputed material, contact details, a good-faith statement, and authority to act. We may remove material and address repeat infringement after review.

12. Prohibited Conduct

Do not harm people, accounts, payments, systems, or the integrity of MuseSpace.

No malware, denial-of-service activity, credential theft, security bypass, unauthorized scanning, or attempts to access another user’s private information.
No spam, fake engagement, deceptive reviews, undisclosed paid promotion, pyramid schemes, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or payment abuse.
No automated collection, posting, account creation, or messaging except through an authorized interface and within its limits.
No false reports, abusive appeals, threats, stalking, doxxing, or publication of another person’s identity or payment information.

13. Review, Removal, and Appeals

We may review, label, limit, remove, or preserve content and restrict features when needed for safety, rights, law, or these Terms.

Some detection may be automated, but material enforcement should be reviewable by a person where practical. Urgent content may be hidden before review. We may preserve evidence when a report, payment dispute, legal request, or safety concern requires it.

When appropriate, we will explain the action and offer an appeal route. Repeated, severe, deceptive, or unlawful violations can result in account termination without prior warning.

14. Third-Party Services

Google sign-in, payment processors, carriers, embedded media, and external creator links are operated by third parties with their own terms.

MuseSpace is not responsible for an external service’s availability, content, security, billing, or conduct. A link does not mean we endorse everything available there. Review the third party’s terms before continuing.

15. Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion

You may stop using MuseSpace and request account deletion. We may restrict or close an account for breach, risk, inactivity under a published rule, or legal necessity.

Closing an account does not cancel obligations already created by an order, payout, refund, chargeback, license, dispute, or law. Public content is removed through normal processing, while required records remain restricted for the necessary period.

16. Service Availability and Responsibility

We work to provide a safe and reliable service, but the internet, creator activity, delivery, and third-party systems can fail or change.

To the extent permitted by law, MuseSpace is provided without a guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

You are responsible for your content, instructions, legal compliance, taxes, and decisions made from information on the service. MuseSpace is not professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

17. Disputes and Applicable Law

Applicable law and forum depend on the contracting MuseSpace operator, the transaction, and mandatory law where you live. We will not invent or hide a jurisdiction: any region-specific governing-law or dispute term will be shown before it becomes binding. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

18. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms as MuseSpace changes. The current date appears at the top of this page.

For a material change, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or account contact where required. Continuing to use MuseSpace after the effective date means the updated Terms apply, except where law requires renewed consent.
